Steve is the most honest and talented mechanic I've ever met in my life. Prices are *always* significantly lower than anywhere else, quality of the work is superb, he's willing to work with you to keep costs down. When I was in college during the recession and money was tight he even let me bring my own parts. The world needs more mechanics like Steve. He's in a class of his own.
